Dining with Darwin
Charles Darwin was a famous evolutionary biologist, but he was also an avid experimental eater. It's said that he ate every single animal he discovered. In this realistic simulation, the player is finally able to explore this little-known corner of history.
This game features procedurally-generated worlds and creatures so that no game is ever the same! The creatures use sophisticated artificial intelligence to explore and flock around the environment in realistic ways.
You can read more about Darwin's real-life gluttonous activities here.
Controls: Arrow keys or WASD
This game was created for the Butterscotch Shenanijam and based on the theme DNA Chaos.
Hints: Try to get one of every species, including one (and only one!) of any poisonous species. Every poisonous species has an edible lookalike, so look carefully at all of the macroscopic features of each organism to tell them apart! When you find all of the species, you'll be able to advance to the next level! How many species can you find??
